We are a private practice of Chartered Building Surveyors based in East London providing the full range of residential surveying services to private and commercial clients.

We undertake Full Building and RICS Homebuyer surveys within London, Essex and the South East on properties ranging from Victorian terraced houses to Penthouse Flats in the London Docklands. We maintain the very highest level of information technology so that our survey reports can be sent to you electronically in PDF format which we believe represents the most effective means of service delivery.

We specialise in representing parties in residential service charge disputes, particularly in the public sector, and our Director, Steve Phillips, has established a reputation that is 'second to none' for successfully presenting cases at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and before Arbitrators.

(i) A fixed fee agreed with you or
(ii) A competitive hourly rate charge based upon the time involved.

All charges are exclusive of VAT and disbursements, such as photocopying, printing and binding of documents etc.
