AMS Ltd has extensive experience of carrying out both full building surveys (formally known as structural surveys) and RICS Homebuyer surveys on the complete gamut of residential dwellings. Our staple work is surveying medium priced houses and flats ranging from traditionally constructed Victorian Terraced properties and interwar years housing stock to modern and new build volume housing. We provide survey reports on converted and purpose built blocks of flats including the new genre of London dockside properties. We also have the expertise to carry out inspections on non traditional housing such as pre formed concrete dwellings and uniquely designed properties.
