We also provide maintenance plans for clients in which we list and prioritise the repair works that need to be carried out over a ten year period and can arrange for the services to be tested by specialist electrical and gas engineers if so required. On a regular basis we are also instructed to produce schedules of defects on new build work where homeowners have become concerned about the standard and quality of the workmanship being carried out by their contractor.
